Honest, volume-based 2026 pricing.
You pay only for the truck space your stuff actually fills. There are no surprise upcharges, and we don't bill by the hour.
Single items start at $125, and about one pickup load is $200. Bigger jobs are priced by how much of our 26-foot box truck they fill: a quarter is $750, half is $1,300, and a full truck is $2,200. Garage cleanouts start at $300 and whole houses at $1,300, quoted after a free walkthrough. Tear-outs are quoted from photos.

Bigger jobs are priced by how much of our 26-foot box truck they fill: about one pickup load is $200, a quarter truck is $750, half is $1,300 and a full truck is $2,200. Whole-house cleanouts start at $1,300 and are quoted after a free on-site walkthrough, since every house is different. Specialty items (mattresses, refrigerators, electronics, hot tubs) carry small per-item disposal fees that are included in the on-site written quote. For junk removal and cleanouts, we also beat any written quote from another insured KC-metro junk removal company by 10%.
Two reasons. First, it's easy to picture: you can see how much truck space your stuff will take, so the price makes sense before we arrive. Second, it's fairer to you. If your items take less space than expected, you pay less. That doesn't happen with by-item pricing.
Sometimes. If the actual volume is noticeably different from what you described, we'll re-quote. We always show you the final written quote, and we need your written approval before we lift a thing.
Yes, $125 for residential pickups within our standard KC-metro service area. It covers our dispatch, drive time, and the basic disposal fee for a single small item. The next step up is about one pickup load, at $200.
No same-day premium for standard residential pickups. Very large same-day jobs that take more than one load may carry a small expedite fee, and we always tell you upfront.
Cash, check, or Venmo, with no fee. Credit and debit cards add a 3.5% processing fee, so a full 26-foot truck at $2,200 comes to $2,277.00 by card. You pay when we're done, and standard residential jobs need no deposit. Commercial accounts can be billed net-15 with a signed agreement.
Yes, for referrals. If you refer a friend, you both get $25: they get $25 off their first job and you get a $25 credit. One discount per job; just mention it when you book.
Probably not the absolute cheapest. Someone with a pickup truck and no insurance will always undercut everyone. Instead, we give you a published $125 minimum with every price on the pricing page, a promise to beat any reputable written quote by 10%, and an insured crew you can let inside your home. Cheap junk removal that damages a doorframe isn't cheap.
