Most residential jobs in the KC metro fall between $100 (trip minimum / single item) and $595 (full truck), with whole-house cleanouts running $595 to $1,800+. Specialty items (mattresses, refrigerators, electronics, hot tubs) carry small per-item disposal fees that are included in the on-site written quote. Our full-truck and cleanout rates typically run under franchise pricing (Junk King, 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, College HUNKS) for the same job volume, and we back it with our beat-any-written-quote-by-10% promise.
Two reasons: (1) Disposal cost depends on truck volume, not item count. Volume pricing matches the underlying cost. (2) It's fairer to the customer. If your items take less space than expected, you pay less — that doesn't happen with by-item pricing.
Sometimes — if the actual volume is meaningfully different from what you described, we'll re-quote. We always show you the written final quote and your written approval is required before we lift a thing.
Yes — $100 for residential pickups within our standard KC-metro service area. It covers our dispatch, drive time, and the basic disposal fee for a single small item. For one appliance plus a few boxes, the next tier (1/8 truck) starts at $125.
No same-day premium for standard residential pickups. Very large multi-truck same-day jobs may carry a small expedite fee, always disclosed upfront.
Cash, all major credit/debit cards, and Zelle. We do not require deposits for standard residential jobs. Commercial accounts can be billed net-15 with a signed agreement.

What we offer instead: a published $100 minimum with every price on the pricing page, full-truck rates that run under the national franchises, a beat-any-reputable-written-quote-by-10% promise, and a licensed, insured crew you can let inside your home. Cheap junk removal that damages a doorframe isn't cheap.
