Most garages clear in 2–5 hours: we bring the labor, the blankets, and the brooms; you bring the "yes, take that." Years of shop clutter, dead appliances, the mower that hasn't started in years, boxes nobody's opened since the move — it goes on the trailer, usable items get routed to local donation centers, and we sweep the slab before we leave. The goal: room to park inside again. Basements and attics are the same job with worse stairs — we bring the straps and the floor protection and carry it all up or down ourselves, so you never have to move a box.

Yes — garages, basements, and attics are all the same job to us, and plenty of customers have us do two in one visit. Basements and attics just add stairs, which is our problem, not yours: we bring straps, dollies, and floor protection and carry everything up or down ourselves. You never have to move a box to the driveway first.
Our garage cleanout services start at $300, and most are a partial trailer load priced by volume, not by the hour. You get a firm number before we touch anything — if you want a ballpark first, text us a photo of the garage.
Most two-car garages clear in 2–4 hours with a 2-person crew. Heavily packed garages or 3-car garages can run 5–8 hours.
No. The fastest version of this job is you standing in the driveway pointing. If you want a keep pile, make one before we arrive or point things out as we go — we only haul what you've approved.
Usually, yes. Leave the garage open or share the door code, mark anything that stays, and we'll text you photos before and after. Questions mid-job go to your phone instead of waiting on your driveway.
Yes — freezers, fridges, mowers, tools, workbenches, and exercise equipment all go. For anything with an engine, run the fuel dry or siphon it first; gasoline itself can't ride in the trailer.
We can't take wet or oil-based paint, motor oil, gasoline, propane tanks, or car batteries — those go to KC household hazardous waste (HHW), and we'll point you to the right local drop-off. Fully dried-out latex paint cans and small quantities of tires are sometimes workable — text us a photo first. Everything else is fair game.
