Old fence lines lean, rot, and rust long before anyone gets around to pulling them — and the concrete-set posts are exactly why. We remove wood, chain-link, and vinyl fencing across the Kansas City metro, posts and footings included, and haul every panel, rail, and roll of wire so your yard is ready for a new fence or an open line.

How we handle it

We take down the panels or pull the chain-link, then extract the posts — including the concrete footings when you want them gone. Pricing runs $175–$895 depending on the length of the run, the material, and how stubborn the footings are. Steel and chain-link go to a metal recycler; wood and vinyl go to proper disposal. We rake the line clean so there's no leftover wire or hardware in the grass.

Thinking about doing it yourself?

Doing it yourself? Pulling panels is the easy part — the concrete-set posts are the fight. Each footing usually needs to be dug out or rocked loose, and a long run adds up fast. Chain-link is deceptively heavy and awkward to roll, and old treated wood is nail-filled and bulky. If you're just clearing the panels you can often manage it; if the posts are set in concrete along a long property line, most people would rather hand off the digging and the hauling.

These guys are amazing. Called them needing junk removed, with the only access to the property being a closed road under construction. They gave me a quote and came out same day - took multiple trips, cleaned up the entire area, and were extremely courteous and professional. Will absolutely use again - very reasonably priced, efficient, and did the job better than I even expected! Could not recommend more.
