Pulling panels is the easy part. The concrete-set posts are the fight. Each footing usually needs to be dug out or rocked loose, and a long run adds up fast. Chain-link is deceptively heavy and awkward to roll, and old treated wood is nail-filled and bulky. If you're just clearing the panels you can often manage it; if the posts are set in concrete along a long property line, most people would rather hand off the digging and the hauling.
