Hoarding Cleanout Services in Kansas City
Discreet, judgment-free, and at your pace. We do the hauling so you can move forward.
Hoarding cleanouts are different from other junk jobs. They're emotional, private, and often years in the making. Maybe you're ready to get your own home back. Maybe you're helping a parent, or you manage a unit that's gotten away from its tenant. However you got here, we treat every hoarding cleanout in the Kansas City metro with respect and discretion, and we don't judge.

“These guys are amazing. Called them needing junk removed, with the only access to the property being a closed road under construction. They gave me a quote and came out same day - took multiple trips, cleaned up the entire area, and were extremely courteous and professional. Will absolutely use again - very reasonably priced, efficient, and did the job better than I even expected! Could not recommend more.”How we help

FAQ
Hoarding cleanout questions
Hoarding cleanouts are priced by volume (how much we haul and how many crew-hours it takes), so every job is quoted individually after a free, private on-site assessment. Smaller single-room jobs may run a few hundred dollars; full-home cleanouts start at $1,300, and the price depends on volume, access, condition and how many days the job takes. You get a firm written quote before we start, and large jobs can be staged over several days to fit your budget and pace.
Yes. We know these jobs are private. On request we can arrive in an unmarked truck, keep crew conversation low-key, and work quickly to keep our time on-site short. We treat every home and every person with respect. Nobody on our crew will judge you or your home.
Often, yes. We can coordinate with adult children, an estate executor, a case manager, or a senior-move specialist, and we can work at the homeowner's pace rather than forcing everything out at once. Many hoarding situations are emotional, so we move as fast or as gently as the situation calls for.
We handle general household contents, furniture, appliances, trash, and clutter. We are not a biohazard-remediation company. For raw sewage, animal waste at scale, mold, or medical/biohazard waste, we'll refer you to a licensed remediation specialist, and we can handle the general junk removal once the area is cleared.
We donate and recycle whatever is in usable condition through our Kansas City partners (Habitat ReStore, City Union Mission, Furniture Bank of KC) and provide a donation receipt within 14 days. A lot of what looks like clutter can help someone else, and we sort with that in mind.
