Part of a house is priced by how much of our 26-foot box truck it fills, starting at $125 for a single item; clearing a whole 3-bed home before listing starts at $1,300, quoted after a free walkthrough. We invoice the seller directly when needed, or you can fold it into the closing settlement statement. Realtor-referred jobs get $50 off the first invoice.
