You're mid-remodel and the debris pile is eating the driveway. A 20-yard roll-off costs you $450 for the week and you'll fill 40% of it. We charge for the truck space you actually use, we do the loading, and your driveway stays clear.
Active job sites need pickup when you need it, not a Tuesday-or-Thursday schedule. We take C&D waste to the right transfer stations, provide a COI on demand, and invoice net-15 on signed contractor accounts. Contractors with several jobs get one monthly invoice with line items per address.

Pricing
A single haul starts at $125, our trip minimum, and runs up to $2,200 for a full 26-foot box truck, priced by the truck space it fills. Recurring contractor accounts get 15% off list. Jobs that take more than one load in the same week are negotiated separately.

For small jobs like a single-room remodel, often yes, because we charge only for the volume you fill, with no week-long commitment. For bigger demos or multi-week jobs with continuous heavy debris, a roll-off may be cheaper, and we'll tell you so.
Yes. We do daily or weekly recurring pickups for active contractor accounts. We can reach most KC-metro sites within a 30-minute drive.
Yes. C&D-only loads going to a C&D transfer station are priced based on the disposal rate at that facility. Typically 10–15% less than mixed loads.
No. Those require licensed abatement contractors. For everything else (drywall, lumber, tile, flooring, fixtures, cabinets), we'll haul it.
Per-job invoices or a single monthly invoice for recurring accounts. Net-15 on signed contractor accounts. We accept cash, check, or Venmo, with no fee. Credit and debit cards add a 3.5% processing fee.
